The fishery has the benefit of a private drive leading from the public highway to the angler's car park. The man-made lakes have matured into an attractive fishery comprising three pools; a canal type pool, match/pleasure pool and a specimen lake extending to 1.7 acres. The total water area extends to approximately 3 acres. The fishery is otter fenced with a three-strand electric wire.
FISH STOCK
The lakes are well stocked with mixed coarse fish species, including specimen carp to 30lbs, together with tench to 9lbs, perch to 5lbs bream to 7lbs, roach and rudd to 2lbs.
BUILDINGS
The fishery has a timber framed workshop and machinery store with concrete floor. In addition is a modern, steel framed building providing angler's W.C.s and shower (not currently connected). The sales includes a mobile home. Note: the fishery does not currently have permission for a permanent residence or manager's accommodation.
