The property comprises an industrial workshop with ancillary office accommodation and external yard areas.
Part of the property is constructed around a steel portal frame with full height single skin profile sheet cladding to the walls and pitched roof. The roof incorporates intermittent translucent light panels allowing natural daylight into the workshop. This unit has a front sliding access door which measured 4.38 metres wide by 4.73 metres high. Minimum internal eaves height was 3.42 metres rising to 4.6 metres and 5.7 metres at the apex. Heating was provided by an AmbiRad gas heating system.
The above was connected to the main building via a small link connection. The main building consisted of a multi pitched steel frame truss building with full height brick/block infill. The pitched roofs were covered in a mixture of roof coverings all of which incorporated intermittent translucent light panels. Heating again was provided by overhead AmbiRad gas heaters. Lighting throughout the building was LED tube type. The height to the underside of the steel frame truss was 3.2 metres.
A dedicated office block situated along the north elevation of the property provided ample office space. Externally there is yard areas secured by permitter fencing and access gates.
