The Landlord works off a cost effective rent and service charge model of £16.50+VAT per sq ft (inclusive of rent and service charge). Internet (if required) is available at an additional cost, and electricity is metered. Contracts are flexible with no deposits - just the first three months up front, where each member then moves on to monthly invoicing on month 4. The notice period is also 90 days, which can be served at any point after the initial quarter has been completed.
