The Grainstore provides a variety of workshop units to let starting from 220ft2. The units are designed for those businesses and organisations who need a combination of space, from manufacturing & engineering companies to gyms & dance schools, photography studios, catering companies and so on.
The space is available on a flexible basis to allow occupiers to move to larger or smaller units as customer's needs change over time. The workshops are fully adaptable, so if an occupier needs an internal office or has a requirement to divide the space into a number of areas, no problem.
Each unit has been renovated to a high standard. 3 phase electricity is available as well as a full speed fibre broadband connection. Most of the units are completely self-contained with their own 'front door', kitchen and toilet facilities and some have full height roller shutter access.
