Phase II, Velvet Mill, which is just across the courtyard, has seen the creation of over 190 homes along with 10,000 sq ft of mixed use commercial space on the ground floor. Designed by David Morley Architects, Velvet Mill offers 2,335 - 6,200 sq ft of commercial space and would make an ideal office. Alternative uses such as showroom or leisure spaces are also suitable subject to planning.

Lister Mills is situated on Lilycroft road, a busy hub of the Manningham community, with plenty of eateries, cafes and local amenities.
