Park Hill is like no other place. Iconic is an overused term, but it really does apply to Park Hill. Completed in 1961, the Grade II* Listed Park Hill (the largest Listed structure in Europe) is a landmark on the Sheffield skyline atop one of the city's seven hills immediately to the east of the mainline railway station and city centre. Urban Splash is working with a great design team of architects (Hawkins-Brown and Studio Egret West) and our public partners – Sheffield City Council, Transform South Yorkshire, Homes and Communities Agency, English Heritage and Great Places - to bring love, life and pride back to this iconic project and make it a genuinely vibrant and sustainable community for the 21st century.
The great thing about Park Hill is that it's flexible to suit your needs. Instead of us breaking up the space available into different sizes, we've left it for you to decide. You know best how your space will work for your business, and Park Hill can offer you flexible space from 500 sq ft to 21,500 sq ft. Park Hill has always been about the community, and the community is what makes it a place.
There are 263 new apartments in the space above in the completed first phase. They will all love to have wonderful neighbours downstairs.
