The building offers spaces to accommodate 1 to 50 people, and each space is customisable allowing you to imprint your company culture and brand onto your space.
The Bloxham Mill Team are an extension of your team. All private offices are conveniently serviced by staff who handle sending out post, signing for deliveries, answering phone calls, and greeting your guests, so that you can focus on running your business. Community is key at Bloxham Mill and included in your office lease is access to regular client networking events as well as professional development seminars on a range of topical subjects.
The office suites are available on a new lease/licence agreements and are exclusive of VAT. A copy of the lease agreement is available from White Commercial. There is a service charge payable in connection with the office suites covering cleaning, broadband, mail handling, business rates, use of the co-working space and utilities.
