PropList appoints new CEO

PropList has appointed Richard Howells as the new chief executive officer of the company.

Richard joins the business full time, having worked as a consultant at the Solihull-based firm since February 2018. Previously advising on all technological matters, Richard will now oversee all elements of PropList, whilst continuing to deliver easy-to-use technology and leading on the development of sector-specific innovations.

Prior to PropList, Richard spent 15 years at GVA, developing a comprehensive knowledge of commercial property, working his way to client and business services manager.

Since Richard was brought on-board in February, PropList has doubled the amount of listings available, as well as doubling the amount of agents they work with. Website traffic and hit rates are at an all-time high, and SEO has increased by up to 100% per week.
