JLL Industrial Market Tracker - Spring  2018

In it's second year, this piece of research by JLL has already become the go to research for the UK Industrial Property Sector.

We are PropList particularlay like it as it monitors what is happening in the normal industrial market, rather than the large-scale logistics market that is covered in their Big Box report.

The report states that the industrial market "...had a stellar year in 2017 and became the standout sector among the main commercial property types. From an investment perspective, the sector outperformed both retail and offices, and our latest forecasts suggest this will continue over the next four years. This Tracker report spotlights the demand and supply fundamentals that help to explain why the sector has performed so well" and  "...despite some economic and political uncertainties, we think that the industrial market is well positioned to handle these and that market fundamentals remain strong".
