Midlands Property Awards 2017

Insider’s property awards are the showcase for the biggest and best achievements in the West Midlands, and this year it was a great honour for Proplist to join this celebration, sponsoring the award for Industrial Agency Team of the Year.

This year’s black-tie gala dinner took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole and we were joined at our table by friends and associates, who have worked hard to make the West Midlands property boom a reality.

Whilst there was lots of attention on the single big projects and changes to the city skyline, we at Proplist know that at heart Birmingham has always been the industrial and engineering heart of the country, so were proud to congratulate Cushman & Wakefield when they won our sponsored award. Over the last 12 months they have worked on a diverse range of projects, including the Advanced Manufacturing Hub at Aston, something that really sets Birmingham apart from other manufacturing centres.

The awards celebrated the remarkable achievements of the region’s commercial sector. It was a unique moment to honour the quality of the sector; to boast about its achievements, and network with like-minded professionals and friends.
