PropList growth leads to promotions and appointments

Expert commercial property portal, PropList, has marked a period of rapid growth with the appointment of two new business development managers and a new general manager.

Reiss Carr has been with the business, which specialises in listing commercial properties across the UK, since February 2018 as a project manager, and will now oversee all elements of the day-to-day running of the company as PropList’s general manager.

Along with Reiss’s promotion, the site has appointed BDMs for both the north and south of the UK, as the portal now lists over 11,000 commercial assets from across the British Isles.

Elishar Ettarh has been appointed as BDM for the south of England, moving to PropList after four years as a recruitment consultant; whilst Tom Atlas will be based in Chester, responsible for business development throughout the North West.

The growth of the company is underpinned by the speedy success the commercial listing portal has seen in the first two quarters, averaging over 1,000 new properties each month, and more than doubling the amount of commercial agents who list through the site.
